Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To accommodate our fast processing times, requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after this timeframe. However, you can return your order for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with shipments dispatched the following business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
